Santa!

Just in the nick of time, we took the kids to see Santa at Christmas Lane. Of course they always have to throw something random in that they've never mentioned before: Aidan said he wanted a remote controlled robot (check!), a projector (something he's wanted for a LONG time, random, but check!) and a snowglobe (what??) and Ella said a bicycle (close, she's getting a scooter) and a Nintendo DS (don't think so, baby sister!). Oh, well I just hope what Santa does bring overshadows the fact that there will be a few items that fell off the sleigh :)

We ran into lots of folks we know...of course, we live in Abilene. So, we passed cameras around and made sure we had family shots. Here's the whole family:

The plan for the rest of the holiday: today (pre Christmas Eve) - open presents from family, Christmas Eve - bake cookies and have dinner with Uncle Doug and Aunt Chandra...more presents!, Tomorrow - Santa gifts and off to Arlington to be with my side of the family for the weekend.
