Santa!

On Friday night, we found ourselves at the mall. It's a rare occasion that we go, but we wanted to go to Best Buy and Chick-fil-a is always a quick and easy dinner. Earlier that day, Aidan tore out a picture of a Star Wars Lego set that he decided he needed to tell Santa about. So, we went to see the jolly man in red. I was amazed - no line, no tears. I even snapped a picture before they told me I couldn't. Ella told Santa that she is two (holds up 2 fingers) and "Bubba" (aka Aidan) is five (holds up 5 fingers). Aidan told him all about the lego set - and the "help you clean up Wall-e" that he wants the elves to build him for Christmas. Goodness!

Later that night I looked up the legos set - it's completely sold out at all the Targets, Toys R Us, and Amazon.com. I found one on ebay - even with shipping it ended up being less expensive than Toys R Us, so it was a good deal. As far as the "help you clean up Wall-e," he'll have to make due with the transforming Wall-e from the Disney Store.
