That's right. Aidan watched his mommy catch a 14 inch brown trout (the biggest fish I've ever caught). Too bad his daddy didn't catch anything! That afternoon, anyway. He caught plenty of fish and is currently in the lead for the trophy with two 18 inch trout.
We're home! We left yesterday just before 6:00 in the morning. Aidan did great, but Ella was running fever and threw up a couple of times. It was a long, long day. Poor girl. She's had fever since Saturday afternoon. I took her to the doctor today - nothing. Her ears are clear, throat culture was negative, just fever - and amazing fussiness. Of course, she was an angel at the doctor's office. She perked up a bit this evening and was playing with Aidan, but I took her temperature before bed and it was 102ish (101 on her temple and 104 behind her ear). Thanks to our pharmacist friend (we are blessed to have two - I highly recommend making friends with folks with access to medication) she's been on an antibiotic since last night. She's had a ton of motrin and tylenol, too.
My mom is coming tomorrow to help me put everything back together. I literally spent all day holding fussy Ella - or napping. We're all tired!

Aren't you too cute! Glad you had a great trip at least until the drive home. Poor Ella and the rest of you too. Glad she is feeling better...hope you found some good bargains last night:)
